Brock T. Dubin is engaged exclusively in the trial of civil cases. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1994 and was awarded his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1997. Attorney Dubin graduated Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University where he served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review and received the distinguished achievement award for his accomplishments in Trial Practice and Advanced Civil Procedure. He joined Donahue, Durham & Noonan, P.C. in 2001.
Attorney Dubin is admitted to the state and federal courts in Connecticut, New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney Dubin has extensive experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has tried several cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. He has also argued appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court. His principal areas of practice are professional liability, including medical and legal malpractice, employment litigation, trucking litigation, products liability, commercial litigation and personal injury. Attorney Dubin is also active as a mediator and arbitrator in private dispute resolutions. He has lectured to college students as an adjunct professor and presented seminars to Connecticut lawyers on trial practice.
Attorney Dubin has been selected for inclusion in Connecticut Super Lawyers each year from 2008 to the present. He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Litigators in the State of Connecticut by the American Society of Legal Advocates, and has been recognized as one of the State’s Top Ten Attorneys by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Inc. Attorney Dubin has been selected as a Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America and as a member of the National League of Renowned Attorneys, both invitation only trial lawyer honorary societies composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Attorney Dubin is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel and has earned the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating of "AV".
Attorney Dubin is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Professional Liability Defense Federation.
Attorney Dubin resides in Milford with his wife Missy and their three children Grace, Jack and Sadie.
