Kristianna L. Tyler

Kristianna L. Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2009. Attorney Tyler received her J.D., Summa Cum Laude, with a concentration in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2013. During law school, she served as an Associate Editor on the Quinnipiac Law Review and received the Academic Excellence Award, Outstanding Legal Scholarship Award, and Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards for Legal Skills I, Legal Skills II, Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Trial Practice, and Products Liability. Attorney Tyler was also the recipient of the Glickstein Memorial Scholarship for her work on the Connecticut Innocence Project in 2012. Her casenote, A Gap in Personal Jurisdiction Reasoning: An Analysis of J. McIntyre Machinery, Ltd. v. Nicastro, was published in Volume 31 of the Quinnipiac Law Review in 2013. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining Donahue, Durham & Noonan, P.C., Attorney Tyler worked for Sikorsky Aircraft in the Legal Department, specializing in international trade compliance. Her work focused on U.S. export controls and economic sanctions, export licensing, and compliance with federal regulations such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). After graduating law school, she served as a clerk to the judges of the New Haven Superior Court.

Attorney Tyler is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, and New Haven Bar Association.
Attorney Tyler is a native of Guilford and currently resides in Milford.
