The firm has an active employment defense practice. We have successfully handled claims alleging: breach of contract, violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, defamation, tortious interference with business relations as well as discrimination claims. The matters are handled both in state and federal court as well as before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
