The firm has a diverse product liability defense practice. Over the years, it has represented manufacturers of a wide variety of products including medical device equipment (breast implants, surgical wire and total hip/knee systems), aircraft and aircraft componenets, machinery (printing presses, cranes, tow motors, automobiles and elevator/hoists) and playground equipment. As with its pharmaceutical practice, some of the product liability representation involves serving as local counsel to clients who utilize a national litigation team to defend their products.
